I think you'll be just fine using the Roadmaster Dual Hitch Receiver # RM-077-2 with the Swagman E-Spec Electric Bike Rack # S94FR although you will only be able to find out for sure after taking a measurement with your Wrangler connected to your motorhome.
The E-Spec rack will extend a total of about 29 inches from the face of the Roadmaster adapter, and if your tow bar has telescoping arms, the distance between the bike rack and Jeep should still be far enough to avoid any damage.

It sounds like you already have the Thule Force XT L, part # TH6357B, and you're looking to upgrade to the XT XL, part # TH6358B.
While we haven't had an opportunity to test the XT XL with a SRC roof rack, the crossbar spread shouldn't be a problem. The XT L that you have has the exact same minimum requirement as the XL. If your current one works, then the XL should work as well.

Yes, so long as you don't try to use both of them at the same time. The Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness item # C55124 will work as a 4-flat connector and plugs into your Jeep's existing wiring. If you try to flat tow your 2018 Jeep Wrangler JK with say a bike rack on the back or a cargo carrier that has lights on it then the 4-flat connector will not work, only the Hopkins item # HM56200.
